Steve Daniel is the IT Service Manager at Dependable Solutions. Steve joined the company in January 2024 and is responsible for managing the activities and responsibilities of the service delivery team. His primary focus and commitment are to ensure service and support is provided to clients at agreed upon levels.

Prior to joining the Dependable team, Steve spent more than two decades working in the banking industry. Over the past 12 years, in a senior leadership role, he successfully managed an IT department and administered the bank’s cybersecurity, business continuity, and information security programs. In addition, he oversaw the implementation of numerous software conversions and hardware upgrades.

As a long-time resident of La Crosse, Wisconsin, Steve is very involved in and passionate about eliminating food insecurity in the Seven Rivers Region. He sits on the Executive Board of the Hunger Task Force of La Crosse, where he gives generously of his time, talent, and treasure. When it comes time to relax, he and his wife can be found on a sandy beach on one of the 16 Caribbean islands they have visited over the course of their travels.
